Important information and dates
Grad week is fast approaching.
Thurs. April 29 @ 10:40 am - Grade 12 assembly in the cafeteria to
finalize grad info.
Wed. May 5 - Grad rehearsal at St. Theresa Church (7508-29 Ave.) @ 7:15
pm . All grads must attend.
Thurs. May 6 - Grad mass and presentation of certificates @ 7 pm (St.
Theresa's Church). Grads must be at the church by 6 pm. The church holds
a maximum of 1800 people. We ask grads to please bring a maximum of five
guests.
Friday, May 7 - PD Day - no classes
Sat. May 8th - Grad Banquet and dance at Northlands Hall B. Cocktails @
5 pm. Banquet @ 6:00 pm followed by the dance.
Promoting Healty Eating Within Our School
District
How to Make Healthy Choices Evening Presentation
Edmonton Catholic Schools is committed to promoting healthy eating
within our school district. The newly revised Nutrition
Policy/Regulation 134 will assist students and parents in promoting
healthy food choices and developing healthy attitudes about food.
Parents are invited to attend one of two sessions for a refreshing look
at Edmonton Cathoics's Nutrition Policy. Learn about resources that
support healthy food choices for your use at home or school.
St. Joseph's High School from 7 - 8 pm on May 10th or at Louis St
Laurent on May 11th from 7-8 pm

Work Experience
Are you planning to work this
summer? Students who have not registered for Work Experience with Mr. Darwish please make sure you have contacted him by May 20th.
In order to earn credits during the summer YOU MUST be registered prior
to the end of the school year.
Summer School
2010 will be at AOB site from July 5th until July 30th.
To register phone 780 944 2000. Registration forms are available in the
office. Register early!
Summer school is a great time to
upgrade your course mark or take a course that will free up some time to
take something else during the school year.
Registration is $100.00 BUT when you
return your book at the end of your course a $75 caution fee will be
returned to you. There is no caution fee for CALM. The cost for
this course is $25.00.
5 credit course runs from July 5-30
from 8:15 am until 12:15 pm.
There are 2 sessions for a 3 credit
course.
July 5-16 and July 19-30th
from 8:15 to 12:15 pm.
For students registered in summer
school course changes will be made at the end of July if needed.
Otherwise, course changes ,if needed ,will be done at the end of August
during Registration
